The
Crystalscope is a specialized microscope
to control sugar crystal
growth during the boiling process. It permits to boil grain of more
uniform size, which results in yield increases of finished sugar per strike.
The instrument can be
mounted to the pan and provides an economical, efficient and
convenient monitoring facility of the crystallization process, from
the beginning to the final stages.
To insure uniform crystal
sizes, the instrument is equipped with a measuring reticle, by means
